1. Rules & Regulations

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment for all residents, the following rules apply at Joy Homes:

• Residents must submit valid government-issued ID proof at the time of check-in.

• All rent and applicable charges must be paid on or before the due date.

• Quiet hours must be maintained between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

• Visitors are allowed only during permitted hours and must follow house policies.

• Alcohol, smoking, illegal substances, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.

• Residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their rooms and common areas.

• Any damage to property or assets will be chargeable.

• Management reserves the right to conduct routine inspections with prior notice.

• Misconduct, nuisance, or violation of rules may lead to termination of stay.
